Join us for a creative and relaxed afternoon/evening as you learn to make your very own 2 stacking rings.
This beginner-friendly workshop is perfect whether you're new to jewellery making or just looking for a fun afternoon.
What to Expect:
Designing Your Stacking Rings:
Look at different designs, patterns, and textures of rings and choose which you would like to make to make your creations truly one-of-a-kind.
Forming Your Rings:
Dive into the hands-on process of shaping and forming your designs.
Soldering Mastery:
Learn the techniques to skillfully join the metal, creating robust and beautiful connections.
Polishing Perfection:
Witness the final stages of your creations, polishing and refining your rings to a brilliant shine. This adds the perfect finishing touch to your handcrafted treasures.
Your Workshop Experience:
Location: Either The Village Bistro, 44 Main St, Davidson's Mains, Edinburgh EH4 5AA Wednesday 30th July, 4-6pm or
Leith Makers, 105 Leith Walk, Edinburgh EH6 8NP, Friday 5th September, 6-8pm (BYOB to celebrate your success if you would like!)
Duration: A fulfilling 2-hour session of hands-on crafting and learning.
Refreshments: Enjoy a delightful break with tea, coffee, and delicious cake to celebrate your creations.
What to Bring:
A notepad to capture your creative ideas and newfound knowledge.
An apron if you wish to protect your clothing during the crafting process.
For safety, please wear covered shoes and tie back long hair.
